The invention belongs to the field of engineering material concrete, and particularly relates to a solid waste cement-free concrete material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention relates to a solid waste cement-free concrete material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in per cubic meter: 500 to 600 kg of waste sand, 1000 to 1200 kg of broken stone, 465 to 500 kg of quartz mixed powder, 360 to 400 kg of gel, 0.2 to 0.5 kg of retarder and 5 to 10 kg of defoaming agent. The invention also provides a preparation method which comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials of the concrete material according to the weight, stirring at a high speed, uniformly stirring, pouring the mixed material into a mold, vibrating and molding, and carrying out film curing, demolding and film static curing to obtain the concrete material. The solid waste cement-free concrete material is used for solving the problems that a cement-free material is poor in fracture resistance and insufficient in strength, and the surface of the material is prone to fragmentation, through cracks, warping and saltpetering.
本发明属于工程材料混凝土领域,尤其涉及一种固废无水泥混凝土材料及其制备方法和应用。一种固废无水泥混凝土材料,以每立方计,混凝土材料的原料包括废砂500‑600kg、碎石1000‑1200kg、石英混合粉465‑500kg、凝胶360‑400kg、缓凝剂0.2‑0.5kg和消泡剂5‑10kg。本发明还提供了制备方法,包括以下步骤:将混凝土材料的原料按重量称重后进行高速搅拌,搅拌均匀后,将混料浇筑至模具振捣成型,进行覆膜养护,脱模,覆膜静养即得。本发明公开的固废无水泥混凝土材料,用于解决无水泥材料的抗折性能不佳,强度不足以及材料表面易出现碎裂、贯穿裂缝、曲翘、泛碱的问题。
