The invention discloses a self-adaptive structure system for a tunnel to pass through an active fault. The self-adaptive structure system comprises a tunnel structure, a safety space, a track system and a self-adaptive supporting system. When the active fault is dislocated, surrounding rock moving downwards is footwall surrounding rock, a safety space is arranged between the track system and a tunnel structure arranged on the footwall surrounding rock, and the self-adaptive supporting system is arranged in the safety space; the self-adaptive supporting system comprises gear devices arranged on the two sides of the track system, and the gear devices are connected with the tunnel structure and the track system. After the active fault is dislocated, the footwall rock moves downwards, the hanging wall rock supports the rail system upwards, the rail system moves upwards relative to the footwall rock, the gear device has a braking function to provide vertical supporting force for the rail system arranged in the footwall rock tunnel structure, and the position of the rail system in the vertical direction is kept unchanged. According to the method, the function of self-adaptive adjustment can be achieved according to the fault displacement, the flatness of the track system in the longitudinal direction is maintained, and the fault displacement is reasonably distributed in the tunnel section.
