The invention discloses a construction method for implanting an assembled open caisson. The side wall of the open caisson comprises a plurality of sections; the construction method comprises the following steps: 1, leveling a site, constructing a foundation of a crane or a gantry crane, and constructing a foundation of a well wall limiting and deviation rectifying device of the open caisson; 2, a multi-shaft mixing pile machine is adopted for drilling and mixing the position, where the side wall needs to be built, of the open caisson, and cement grout is sprayed to form a cement soil groove section; 3, sequentially sinking each section from bottom to top before the cement soil slurry in the cement soil groove section is initially set; 4, standing and curing; and 5, after the cemented soil slurry in the cemented soil groove section is solidified to meet the design requirement, soil in the well is excavated at a time, and bottom sealing concrete and a bottom plate are poured. According to the construction method, a traditional construction method that soil is excavated while sinking is conducted on the open caisson is changed, undisturbed soil is fully stirred through the multi-shaft stirring pile machine, the sinking resistance of the open caisson is greatly reduced, the side wall of the open caisson is completely separated from surrounding soil, and the influence of sinking of the open caisson on the surrounding environment is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了植入拼装式沉井的施工方法,沉井的侧壁包括多个节段;施工如下步骤:1、平整场地,施工吊机或龙门吊的基础,施工沉井的井壁限位纠偏装置的基础;2、采用多轴搅拌桩机对沉井需要建造侧壁的位置进行下钻搅拌,并喷射水泥浆液形成水泥土槽段;3、在水泥土槽段内的水泥土浆液初凝前,从下向上依次下沉每一节段;4、静置养护;5、在水泥土槽段内的水泥土浆液固结至设计要求后,一次性开挖井内土体,并浇筑封底混凝土和底板。本发明改变了传统沉井边挖土边下沉的施工方法,通过多轴搅拌桩机对原状土的充分搅拌,大幅减小沉井下沉阻力,将沉井侧壁与周边土体完全脱离开,大幅减小沉井下沉对周边环境的影响。
