The assembled open caisson construction system comprises an assembled open caisson structure, an excavation system, a soil discharging system and a structure assembling system; the excavation system comprises a wall-mounted excavator located below the assembled open caisson structure; the wall-mounted excavator moves around the caisson wall along a guide rail and is used for excavating soil when an open caisson sinks; and in the sinking process of the open caisson, the excavation system and the soil discharging system are matched to take soil. The assembled open caisson construction process is high in construction speed, low in overall cost and suitable for open caisson projects such as urban underground parking garages and shield launching/receiving wells.
