Airbag plugging robot
The air bag plugging robot comprises a machine body shell, walking wheel assemblies are installed on the two sides of the bottom of the machine body shell, an auxiliary roller assembly is further installed at the bottom of the machine body shell, and the bottom horizontal line of the auxiliary roller assembly is higher than the bottom horizontal line of the walking wheel assemblies; a sludge pump is mounted in the machine body shell, and a sludge pump water inlet of the sludge pump is formed in the tail part of the robot; the walking wheel assemblies are installed at the two ends of the bottom of the machine body shell, normal walking of the robot is achieved, the auxiliary roller assemblies higher than the walking wheels are arranged on the inner sides of the walking wheels, and by means of the design, when the positions between the walking wheels at the bottom of the robot are supported by hard blocky solid garbage, auxiliary roller driving can effectively drive the robot to walk; the anchoring phenomenon caused by suspension of the underpinning wheels is prevented; the wheels and the rollers are combined, the chassis of the robot is changed into a structure which covers the whole area and is similar to a crawler belt, and the robot can walk in the deposition and construction waste environment.
本发明公开了一种气囊封堵机器人,包括机身壳体,机身壳体的底部两侧均安装有行走轮组件,在机身壳体的底部还安装有辅助辊组件,其中辅助辊组件的底部水平线高于行走轮组件的底部水平线;机身壳体的内部安装有污泥泵,其中污泥泵的污泥泵进水口设在机器人的尾部;本发明通过在机身壳体的底部两端安装行走轮组件,实现机器人的正常行走,而在行走轮的内侧设置高度高于行走轮的辅助辊组件,此种设计在机器人底部行走轮之间被硬质块状固体垃圾托起时,辅助辊驱动可有效驱动机器人行走,防止托底车轮悬空导致的抛锚现象发生;本发明采用轮、辊组合,把机器人底盘变成全面积覆盖类似“履带”的结构,可使本申请能够在淤积、建筑垃圾环境行走。
