The invention provides synchronous adjusting type road surface cutting equipment which comprises a cutting vehicle body, a linkage adjusting mechanism and a lifting rotating mechanism, a plurality of sets of vertical shaft holes are sequentially formed in a support, a plurality of vertical rotating shafts are installed in the vertical shaft holes in a penetrating mode, each rotating shaft is provided with a synchronous wheel, each synchronous wheel is annularly sleeved with a synchronous belt or chain, and a stepping motor is fixed to the upper side of the support; the lower end of each rotating shaft is connected with a lifting seat through threads, lifting shafts are installed at the lower ends of the lifting seats, bearing seats are installed in vertical sliding grooves in the two side walls of the frame through rails, each lifting shaft is sleeved with the corresponding bearing seat in a penetrating mode, one end of each lifting shaft is provided with an adjustable belt pulley, and the other end of each lifting shaft is provided with a saw blade. The adjacent adjustable belt wheels are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt. The problems existing in the aspects of one-time cutting depth, walking speed and cutting efficiency of existing cutting equipment are solved, the multiple saw blades gradually and deeply cut the road surface, and the cutting depth of each saw blade can be synchronously adjusted at any time.
本发明提供一种同步调节式路面切割设备,包括切割车体、联动调节机构和升降转动机构,在支架上依次有多组竖向轴孔并贯穿安装有多个竖向转轴,每个转轴上安装有同步轮,各同步轮上环套有同步带或链,在支架上侧固定有步进电机,在每个转轴的下端通过螺纹连接有升降座,升降座下端安装有升降轴,在车架两侧壁竖向滑槽内通过轨道安装有轴承座,每个升降轴贯穿套装于轴承座内,升降轴一端安装有可调皮带轮另一端安装有锯片,相邻可调皮带轮之间通过同步皮带传动连接。本发明解决现有切割设备在一次性切割深度、行走速度和切割效率方面存在的问题,通过多个锯片逐渐深入地切割路面,以及各锯片的切割深度能够随时同步调节。
