The invention provides an upper cross beam installation method of a steel pylon, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction.The upper cross beam installation method of the steel pylon comprises the steps that an upper cross beam is manufactured in a factory in a segmented mode according to a wedge-shaped opening structure, and the upper cross beam comprises a middle closure section and connecting ends located at the two ends of the middle closure section; the two connecting ends are used for being connected to the two corresponding tower columns in the tower column manufacturing process. The middle closure section and the two connecting ends are pre-spliced in a factory, and matched parts are installed; the opening distance of a closure opening between the two connecting ends is adjusted on the construction site at the proper temperature and time point till the preset closure condition is met; the middle closure section is lifted to the closure opening within the proper closure time and temporarily fixed through a matching piece; and circumferential weld welding is conducted between the middle closure section and the two connecting ends. Compared with the prior art, a support-free construction technology is adopted, and construction of the upper cross beam can be completed quickly and efficiently.
本发明提供了一种钢索塔的上横梁安装方法,涉及桥梁施工技术领域,钢索塔的上横梁安装方法包括在工厂内按照楔形口结构分段制造上横梁,上横梁包括中间合龙段以及位于中间合龙段两端的连接端头,且两个连接端头用于在塔柱制造过程中连接在对应的两个塔柱上;对中间合龙段以及两个连接端头进行厂内预拼并进行匹配件的安装;在施工现场以及适当的温度和时间点调整两个连接端头之间的合龙口的开档距离至满足预设合龙条件;在适当的合龙时间内起吊中间合龙段至合龙口处,并通过匹配件临时固定;对中间合龙段与两个连接端头之间进行环焊缝焊接。本发明相比于现有技术,采用无支架施工技术,可以快速、高效的完成上横梁施工。
