The use amount of the coarse aggregate steel slag and the use amount of the stone chips in the filler are increased, the use amount of the natural sand is reduced, and the high-temperature stability of the mixture can be improved by using the modified asphalt. The skeleton is formed by the coarse aggregate, and the gaps in the skeleton are filled with the fine aggregate, so that the mixture is compact, the void ratio is small, and the water stability is better.
