The device has the beneficial effects that the tool frame and the auxiliary piles are integrally designed, the device is directly hoisted and placed in seawater during use, then the second hydraulic cylinder is controlled to work, and the fixing drill rod can be inserted into soil; therefore, fixing and leveling of the device are achieved, then pile sinking work of the steel pile can be conducted, in the using process, it is not needed to insert the auxiliary pile into soil first and then install the tool frame and the auxiliary pile, the early-stage installation time can be shortened, meanwhile, certain construction steps can be reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. In this way, the pile sinking efficiency can be improved, and then the constraint on the efficiency is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型可插入式双层抱桩器及其施工方法,涉及海上风电施工技术领域,其技术方案是:包括:工装架,其设置为两个,两个工装架呈直线状上下分布;底板,其设置为两个底板内部;辅助桩,其设置为四个,四个辅助桩分别固定嵌设在底板内部四角处,本发明的有益效果是:将工装架和辅助桩一体式设计,在使用的时候直接将本装置起吊放在海水中,然后控制液压缸二工作就可以使固定钎插在泥土中,从而实现对本装置的固定以及调平,随后就可以进行钢桩的沉桩工作,在使用的时候不需要先将辅助桩插在泥土中,然后在将工装架和辅助桩进行安装了,可以降低前期的安装时间,同时可以降低一定的施工步骤,这样就可以增加沉桩的效率,进而降低对效率的束缚。
