A discharging cylinder can be driven to move forwards through rotation of a rotating wheel, simulation of an automatic asphalt pavement road is achieved, asphalt concrete is evenly discharged from a discharging groove through rotation of a two-way screw rod, and therefore it is guaranteed that the asphalt concrete can be evenly paved; and after laying is completed, the laid asphalt concrete is compacted and flattened through a rolling roller.
