The highway engineering asphalt paving device comprises a base and a material storage box, a first rotating motor is installed at the top of the material storage box, a first rotating shaft is installed on an output shaft of the first rotating motor, a paving roller is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the base, and driving wheels are arranged at the two ends of the rear side of the bottom of the base; a linkage mechanism is arranged between the first rotating shaft and the flattening roller and between the first rotating shaft and the two driving wheels, discharging openings are formed in the bottom of the storage box and the base, baffles are rotationally connected into the discharging openings, a second rotating shaft penetrates through the centers of the baffles, and second stirring blades are fixedly installed at the top end and the bottom end of the second rotating shaft correspondingly; a driving mechanism driving the second rotating shaft to rotate is arranged on the side face of the base. A uniform discharging mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the base. Asphalt can be stirred only through one driving device, the whole device can be driven to advance, the asphalt can be paved, and the equipment loss rate and the cost are reduced; the discharged asphalt can be stirred and dredged, so that the asphalt is prevented from being blocked in a discharging opening; and the asphalt can be uniformly paved on the road.
本发明公开了一种公路工程沥青铺设装置,包括底座和储料箱,储料箱顶部安装有第一旋转电机,第一旋转电机的输出轴安装有第一转轴,底座的底部中部设有铺平辊,底座的底部后侧两端均设有驱动轮,第一转轴与铺平辊和两个驱动轮之间设有联动机构,储料箱底部和底座上开设有下料口,且下料口内转动连接有挡板,挡板中心处贯穿有第二转轴,第二转轴的顶端和底端均固定安装有第二搅拌叶,底座侧面设有带动第二转轴转动的驱动机构,底座底部设有均匀下料机构。本发明仅通过一个驱动设备可对沥青进行搅拌、可带动整个装置前进、还可将沥青铺平,降低设备损耗率和成本;可对下料的沥青进行搅拌疏通,避免堵在下料口内;可保证沥青均匀铺设在公路上。
