The invention relates to the technical field of constructor construction, in particular to a wall masonry method adopting sintered bricks, which comprises the following steps: manually determining datum lines such as a vertical line and a horizontal line; cement mortar is smeared on the ground, and the sintered bricks are flatly laid on the cement mortar; glass fiber mesh cloth is laid on the side faces of the sintered bricks, and cement mortar is smeared on the glass fiber mesh cloth; the other sintered brick is flatly placed on the cement mortar on the ground and is aligned with the previous sintered brick; the sintered bricks are sequentially laid in the length direction of the wall body, and the glass fiber mesh cloth is located between every two adjacent sintered bricks till the first row of sintered bricks are laid; cement mortar is smeared on the first row of sintered bricks; the multiple rows of sintered bricks are sequentially laid in the vertical direction until laying of the wall is completed, and the cement mortar and the glass fiber mesh cloth between every two adjacent sintered bricks enhance the connectivity between every two adjacent sintered bricks, so that the strength of the masonry wall is improved, and the stability of the wall is improved.
