The invention relates to the technical field of carbon/carbon composite material manufacturing, in particular to a tool and method for improving asphalt dipping-carbonization efficiency. The device consists of an impregnation-carbonization material rack, an asphalt recovery device and a connecting bolt, wherein the impregnation-carbonization material rack and the asphalt recovery device are fastened and connected through the connecting bolt. The dipping-carbonizing material frame is composed of a base plate, a stand column, a hoisting plate and middle reinforcing ribs, and all the components are welded in a full-length welding mode. The asphalt recovery device is formed by connecting a base plate and a recovery cylinder wall in a full-length welding mode. According to the integrated tool provided by the invention, the re-heating process is avoided, the problem of turnover and migration of asphalt is reduced, the carbon increase rate is increased, meanwhile, the problem of manual lower furnace bottom cleaning is avoided, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.
