Resin impregnation-graphitization integrated tool and method
The invention relates to a resin impregnation-graphitization integrated tool and method. The carbon steel bracket consists of a carbon steel bracket, a graphite chassis and a supporting bottom beam, wherein the carbon steel bracket and the supporting bottom beam are formed by welding carbon steel; a supporting bottom beam is placed below the graphite chassis, and the carbon steel support and the supporting bottom beam are connected through screws. During impregnation-graphitization, firstly, the green bodies are tidily placed on a graphite base plate; a supporting bottom beam is placed below the graphite chassis, and the carbon steel support and the supporting bottom beam are connected through screws; carrying out a resin impregnation process on the resin impregnation-graphitization integrated tool filled with the materials; after resin impregnation is finished, the resin impregnation-graphitization integrated tool filled with the materials is placed on a graphite platform of a graphitization furnace; and after cooling, removing the carbon steel bracket and the supporting bottom beam, and carrying out a graphitization process to prepare a C/C blank. The problem of repeated carrying of the blank is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, a detachable integrated tool is achieved, and the process of repeatedly carrying the blank by an operator is omitted.
本发明一种树脂浸渍‑石墨化一体化工装及方法。由碳钢支架,石墨底盘、支撑底梁构成,所述的碳钢支架和支撑底梁由碳钢焊接而成;所述石墨底盘下方放入支撑底梁,通过螺钉连接碳钢支架和支撑底梁。浸渍‑石墨化时,先将坯体整齐摆放石墨底盘上;在石墨底盘下方放入支撑底梁,通过螺钉连接碳钢支架和支撑底梁;将装好物料的树脂浸渍‑石墨化一体化工装进行树脂浸渍工序;树脂浸渍结束后将装好物料的树脂浸渍‑石墨化一体化工装置于石墨化炉的石墨平台上;降温后拆除碳钢支架和支撑底梁,进行石墨化工序制得C/C坯体。本发明减少了毛坯重复搬运的问题,提高了生产效率,实现了可拆卸的一体化工装,省去了操作者反复搬运毛坯的过程。
