Novel method for preparing aerogel material
The invention relates to a novel method for preparing an aerogel material. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a silicon source, a diluent and a catalyst into sol A for later use; transferring the sol A into a normal-pressure container; putting an organic or inorganic material into a normal-pressure container; starting a vibrator or ultrasonic wave arranged on the normal-pressure container to uniformly infiltrate the sol A in the material; after the vibration is finished, gelling the sol A in gaps of the material to obtain a gel composite material B; disassembling the gel composite material B to obtain a gel composite material C; performing hydrophobic modification on the gel composite material C to obtain a gel composite material D; drying the gel composite material D to obtain an aerogel composite material E; and disassembling and finishing the aerogel composite material E to obtain the organic or inorganic material reinforced aerogel material. The invention has the following effects: the device is suitable for coiled materials, sheets or other special-shaped products; the product is uniform in appearance and stable in performance; the applicability is wide.
