The invention discloses a concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete additives. When the concrete water reducing agent is prepared, dihydroxyethyl acrylate reacts with acetyl chloride to prepare acrylic acid diethyl acetate, acrylic acid diethyl acetate, formaldehyde and N-methylaniline react and then react with chloroacetic acid to prepare functionalized quaternary ammonium salt; the preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether with 5-hexynoic acid to prepare alkyne polyether; the preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting beta-cyclodextrin with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, and then reacting with sodium azide to prepare modified beta-cyclodextrin; the modified beta-cyclodextrin and alkyne polyether are subjected to a reaction, and monopolyether grafted beta-cyclodextrin is prepared; carrying out centrifugal classification on humic acid, and then reacting with acrylic acid to obtain allyl humic acid; and reacting allyl humic acid, monopolyether grafted beta-cyclodextrin and functionalized quaternary ammonium salt to obtain the concrete water reducing agent. The concrete water reducer prepared by the invention has excellent water reduction, retarding, mud resistance and corrosion inhibition performance.
本发明公开了一种混凝土减水剂及其制备方法,涉及混凝土助剂技术领域。本发明在制备混凝土减水剂时,将丙烯酸二羟乙基酯与乙酰氯反应制得丙烯酸乙酸二乙酯,将丙烯酸乙酸二乙酯、甲醛、N‑甲基苯胺反应后再与氯乙酸反应制得功能化季铵盐;将甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚与5‑己炔酸反应制得炔烃化聚醚;将β‑环糊精与对甲基苯磺酰氯反应后再与叠氮化钠反应制得改性β‑环糊精;将改性β‑环糊精与炔烃化聚醚反应制得单聚醚接枝β‑环糊精;将腐殖酸离心分级后再与丙烯酸反应制得烯丙基腐殖酸;将烯丙基腐殖酸、单聚醚接枝β‑环糊精、功能化季铵盐反应制得混凝土减水剂。本发明制备的混凝土减水剂具有优良的减水、缓凝、抗泥和缓蚀性能。
