Double-chain-containing functional unsaturated branched polyether, preparation method thereof and application of double-chain-containing functional unsaturated branched polyether in preparation of phosphate-based water reducing agent
The invention provides double-chain-containing functional unsaturated branched polyether, a preparation method of the double-chain-containing functional unsaturated branched polyether and application of the double-chain-containing functional unsaturated branched polyether to preparation of a phosphate water reducer. The double-chain-containing functional unsaturated branched polyether is obtained by performing esterification reaction on unsaturated anhydride and n-alkyl alcohol to prepare an initiator and performing epoxy ring-opening reaction on the initiator and epoxide. According to the phosphate-based water reducing agent, adsorption of clay such as montmorillonite to a polyethylene glycol side chain of conventional polyether can be weakened by utilizing a long alkyl side chain in unsaturated branched polyether, and the phosphate-based water reducing agent shows very good clay tolerance; meanwhile, the hydrophilic and hydrophobic conformation of the water reducer in an aqueous solution is adjusted through the hydrophilic and hydrophobic difference of two side chains in the double-chain functional unsaturated branched polyether, the air entraining capacity is improved, the water reducer can be directly applied to concrete in a low mixing amount, and the mechanical strength of the concrete can be improved; and under the low-temperature condition, the cement is promoted to be fully hydrated under the low-temperature condition, the initial structure of the concrete is improved, the development of the later-stage structure of the concrete is enhanced, and then the anti-freezing and anti-shrinkage performance is shown.
本发明提供了一种含双链功能性不饱和支化聚醚及其制备方法和其制备磷酸基减水剂的应用,该含双链功能性不饱和支化聚醚是由不饱和酸酐和正烷基醇发生酯化反应制得起始剂,起始剂与环氧化物发生环氧开环反应获得。磷酸基减水剂利用不饱和支化聚醚中长烷基侧链可以减弱蒙脱土等黏土对常规聚醚的聚乙二醇侧链的吸附,表现出很好的黏土耐受性;同时双链功能型不饱和支化聚醚中两条侧链亲疏水差异调节减水剂在水溶液中亲、疏水构象,提升引气能力,能够在低掺量中直接应用于混凝土,可以提高其力学强度;并且在低温条件下,促进水泥在低温条件下充分水化,改善混凝土的初始结构,对混凝土后期结构的发展有强化作用,进而表现出抗冻和抗收缩性能。
