The invention discloses a large formwork structure of an ultrahigh independent wall column and a construction method of the large formwork structure, the large formwork structure comprises two combined type whole-face formworks which are oppositely arranged, the combined type whole-face formworks are larger than or equal to the structural floor height, and the upper portions of the combined type whole-face formworks are provided with penetrating holes; the opposite-pulling assembly is connected to the two combined type whole-face formworks in a pulling mode; the embedded rod is embedded in the ultrahigh independent wall and detachably arranged in the penetrating holes of the two combined type whole-face formworks in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the embedded rod are connected with bases respectively; the lower end of the control rod is installed on the base in an angle-adjustable mode, and the upper end of the control rod abuts against the combined type whole-face formwork in a pressing mode so that the perpendicularity of the combined type front-face formwork can meet the design requirement. The problem that the perpendicularity deviation is large due to the fact that an existing ultra-high wall column with the floor height larger than 5 m is only reinforced through a structural formwork is solved.
