Preparation method of phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent with slump retaining performance
The invention discloses a preparation method of a phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent with slump retaining performance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, reacting an amine monomer with alkylene oxide to obtain amino polyol; secondly, reacting the amino polyol with a phosphonic acid reagent to obtain a phosphonic acid-based intermediate; and sequentially adding the phosphonic acid-based intermediate and a polyether macromonomer into a reaction kettle, and carrying out a two-step decompression dehydration process to obtain the phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent. The phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent does not use a traditional esterification water-carrying process, so that pollution caused by use of an organic solvent and poor esterification efficiency caused by material layering of a phosphonic acid-based intermediate, the water-carrying agent and a polyether macromonomer are avoided; according to the preparation method, a two-step dehydration process is innovatively adopted, so that the phosphonic esterification effect and efficiency of the phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent are remarkably improved; according to the molecular structure of the phosphonic acid-based water reducer, a phosphonate group is used as an adsorption group, a side chain is a polyether side chain, and the phosphonic acid-based water reducer has water reducing and slump retaining effects.
本发明公开了一种具有保坍性能的膦酸基减水剂的制备方法。本发明首先由胺类单体与环氧烷烃反应得到胺基多元醇,其次将胺基多元醇与膦酸化试剂反应得到膦酸基中间体;之后将上述膦酸基中间体与聚醚大单体依次加入反应釜中,采用两步减压脱水工艺得到膦酸基减水剂。本发明所述膦酸基减水剂不使用传统的酯化带水工艺,避免了使用有机溶剂造成的污染,以及膦酸基中间体与带水剂和聚醚大单体的物料分层造成的酯化效率较差;本发明创新性的采用两步脱水工艺,显著提升了膦酸基减水剂的膦酸酯化效果和效率;本发明所述膦酸基减水剂的分子结构以膦酸酯基团为吸附基团,侧链为聚醚侧链,具有减水和保坍效果。
