A construction zoning step: arranging a single-truss splicing area, a double-truss splicing area and a segment splicing area on a construction site, and respectively arranging a single-splicing jig frame, a double-splicing jig frame and a segment jig frame in the single-truss splicing area, the double-truss splicing area and the segment splicing area; a single truss piece splicing step: in the single truss piece splicing area, splicing at least two parallel main chord pipes and a plurality of first connecting pieces between two adjacent main chord pipes to form a single truss piece; in the double-truss-piece assembling area, the two parallel single truss pieces and the multiple second connecting pieces between the two single truss pieces are assembled to form the double truss pieces; and a section splicing step: in the section splicing area, splicing the two parallel double-truss pieces and the plurality of third connecting pieces between the two double-truss pieces to form an arch rib section. According to the method for assembling the arch rib sections, the assembling efficiency of the arch rib sections of the large-span multi-pipe butt-joint arch bridge can be improved, and the construction period is effectively shortened.
