The novel energy-saving ceramic forming method comprises the following steps: step 1, burdening and ball-milling pulping; step 2, sieving and iron removal; step 3, homogenizing in a pulp tank; step 4, dehydrating the slurry into mud blocks; step 5, pugging; step 6, extruding the pug into a pug blank; 7, continuous pressing is conducted, and the mud blank is directly rolled into a plate; 8, cutting the plate into proper ceramic green bricks; compared with an existing integrated pulverizing and molding process, the production links of granulation, screening, rounding treatment and the like are omitted, so that the technological process is simplified, and the consumption of consumables is reduced; compared with a spray drying granulation and molding process, the method has the advantage that the total energy consumption in the ceramic molding process is greatly reduced.
