Foundation pit steel support safety stress adjusting device and method based on bag group support
According to the device and method for adjusting the safe stress of the foundation pit steel support based on the bag set support, the problem that due to stand column difference heaving, a horizontal steel support has the instability damage risk is solved. The device comprises a supporting seat which is arranged at the top of a horizontal steel support and is fixedly connected to a stand column, a static leveling instrument which is arranged at the top of the supporting seat, a fixed frame which sleeves the outer side of the horizontal steel support, and a bag group support which is arranged between the fixed frame and the horizontal steel support, an adjusting valve of the air bag in the bag group support, the pressure sensor and the static leveling instrument are all in signal connection with the control system; the method comprises the steps that the maximum limit value of stand column differential heaving under given axial force and the maximum limit value of axial force allowed to be applied by the horizontal steel support are obtained through calculation, and when the stand column differential heaving is close to the maximum limit value or the axial force of the horizontal steel support is close to the maximum limit value, it is judged that stress deformation of the horizontal steel support is close to a critical instability state; and the stability of the horizontal steel support is recovered to a reasonable range by adjusting the height of the bag group support.
本发明的基于囊组支座的基坑钢支撑安全受力调节装置及方法,针对因立柱差异隆沉导致水平钢支撑出现失稳破坏风险的问题。装置包括设置于水平钢支撑顶部并固接于立柱的支撑座,安装于支撑座顶部的静力水准仪,套设于水平钢支撑外侧的固定框架,设置于固定框架和水平钢支撑之间的囊组支座,囊组支座中气囊的调节阀、压力传感器及静力水准仪均与控制系统信号连接;方法:计算得出给定轴力下的立柱差异隆沉量最大限值,及水平钢支撑允许施加的轴力最大限值,当立柱差异隆沉量接近最大限值或水平钢支撑轴力接近最大限值时,判定水平钢支撑的受力变形接近临界失稳状态,调节囊组支座高度使得水平钢支撑的稳定性恢复到合理范围。
