The invention discloses an in-vitro circumferential prestress reinforcing device and a reinforcing method using the same. The in-vitro circumferential prestress reinforcing device comprises a clamp and a connecting piece. The clamp comprises a lower clamping plate, an upper clamping plate and an anchoring plate, the lower clamping plate and the upper clamping plate are correspondingly provided with a first anchoring area and a second anchoring area, and the first anchoring area opposite to the lower clamping plate and the upper clamping plate is provided with an anchoring groove; the anchoring plate is inserted into the anchoring groove, and a lateral anchoring hole is formed in the side wall of the anchoring plate; the connecting piece is an L-shaped plate, connecting holes corresponding to the lateral anchoring holes are formed in the two plate faces of the connecting piece, and the connecting holes and the lateral anchoring holes connect the two clamps into an L shape through first connecting bolts. The reinforcing device provided by the invention can be recycled for multiple times, so that the construction difficulty of external prestressing reinforcement is effectively reduced; when construction errors occur, replacement can be conducted, and the integrity of the device is not affected; the reinforcing method is obvious in effect, vertical cracks and transverse cracks of the reinforced component can be remarkably controlled, and meanwhile development of inclined cracks can be controlled according to actual construction.
本发明公开了一种体外环向预应力加固装置及使用其的加固方法,包括夹具和连接件;夹具包括下夹板、上夹板和锚固板,下夹板、上夹板上对应设有第一锚固区和第二锚固区,下夹板、上夹板相对的第一锚固区设有锚固槽;锚固板插入锚固槽内,锚固板的侧壁开设有侧向锚固孔;连接件为L型板,其两板面上均开设有与侧向锚固孔对应的连接孔,连接孔与侧向锚固孔通过第一连接螺栓将两个夹具连接形成L型。本发明提供的加固装置可以多次循环利用,有效降低体外预应力加固的施工难度;在施工出现差错时可进行替换,不影响装置的整体性;加固方法效果明显,可显著控制被加固构件的竖向裂缝和横向裂缝,同时可根据施工实际控制斜裂缝的发展。
