The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic forming, and particularly relates to a curved-surface ceramic wafer and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a sacrificial mold is obtained in a 3D printing mode; spraying ceramic slurry on the surface of the sacrificial mold, and carrying out curing and demolding treatment to obtain a curved-surface ceramic wafer green body; and calcining the curved-surface ceramic wafer green body to obtain the curved-surface ceramic wafer. Based on the 3D printing technology, the technological process can be simplified, and personalized customization can be achieved at low cost. Based on a slurry spraying process, the preparation of the ceramic curved-surface sheet can be performed in a low-cost and large-batch manner; meanwhile, the ultra-thin structure which is difficult to realize by numerical control machining can be formed; and preparing the ceramic veneer (100 microns).
