Curved surface gradient ceramic part and manufacturing method thereof
The invention belongs to the related technical field of additive manufacturing, and discloses a curved surface gradient ceramic part and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that (1) slicing is conducted along the model curved surface of the to-be-manufactured curved surface gradient ceramic part so that layering of a model along the curved surfacecan be achieved; (2) taking a plurality of ceramic pastes with different components as raw materials; paving the ceramic paste of the first component along the curved surface of the model in combination with a layering result, and curing by adopting ultraviolet irradiation; and then paving the ceramic paste of the second component along the curved surface of the model and curing by adopting ultraviolet irradiation, and repeating the steps until the paving and curing of the ceramic paste of all the components are completed, thereby obtaining a biscuit of the to-be-manufactured curved surface gradient ceramic part, and further obtaining the curved surface gradient ceramic part. According to the method, the ceramic paste is laid on the curved surface, and ultraviolet irradiation is adopted for layer-by-layer curing, so that the problem that the curved surface gradient ceramic part is difficult to manufacture can be well solved.
本发明属于增材制造相关技术领域,其公开了一种曲面梯度陶瓷零件及其制造方法,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:(1)沿着待制造曲面梯度陶瓷零件的模型曲面进行切片,以实现模型沿曲面的分层;(2)以多种不同组分的陶瓷膏体为原料,结合分层结果先将第一种组分的陶瓷膏体沿模型曲面铺覆并采用紫外光照射固化,随后沿着模型曲面铺覆第二种组分的陶瓷膏体并采用紫外光照射固化,如此重复进行直到所有组分的陶瓷膏体铺覆及固化完成,由此得到待制造曲面梯度陶瓷零件的素坯,进而得到曲面梯度陶瓷零件。本发明采用曲面铺覆陶瓷膏体,且采用紫外光照射逐层固化可以很好的解决曲面梯度陶瓷零件难以制造的问题。
