The invention belongs to the technical field of earth and rockfill dam buildings, and provides a design and construction method for horizontal seepage prevention between a concrete face and a seepage prevention wall of an upper face plate dam of a deep and thick covering layer. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a concrete face dam body, a concrete diaphragm wall, a toe board and a face plate are constructed; (2) asphalt concrete is arranged and constructed from the downstream side of the anti-seepage wall to the lower portion of the toe board; and (3) the top of the diaphragm wall is wrapped with high-plasticity soil and clay and horizontally extends to the panel. An asphalt concrete horizontal anti-seepage layer is designed between the anti-seepage wall and the panel, a connecting plate and a water stop seam structure between the connecting plate and the anti-seepage wall are omitted, meanwhile, a second horizontal anti-seepage body made of asphalt concrete is arranged on the downstream side of the anti-seepage wall and the bottom of a toe board, and meanwhile the clay and asphalt concrete double-layer anti-seepage design is adopted; and the seepage damage risk of the anti-seepage body can be further reduced.
本发明属于土石坝建筑技术领域,提供一种深厚覆盖层上面板坝混凝土面板与防渗墙间水平防渗的设计及施工方法。所步骤如下:1)施工混凝土面板坝坝体,混凝土防渗墙、趾板和面板;2)防渗墙下游侧至趾板下部设置并施工沥青混凝土;3)防渗墙顶部包裹高塑性土和粘土并水平延伸至面板。本发明设计防渗墙与面板之间的沥青混凝土水平防渗层,取消连接板及其与防渗墙的止水缝结构,同时在防渗墙下游侧与趾板底部设置沥青混凝土的第二道水平防渗体,同时采用粘土和沥青混凝土双层防渗设计,能够进一步降低防渗体的渗流破坏风险。
