According to the invention, a geopolymer cementing material is selected as a solid electrolyte and a matrix material of the cement-based supercapacitor, because the geopolymer cementing material has better ionic conductivity than common cement, the geopolymer cementing material added with potassium hydroxide is used as a cement-based matrix; and the cement-based super capacitor with relatively high electrochemical performance can be obtained.
