The highest 3d compressive strength and the highest breaking strength of the obtained prefabricated part concrete are 92.0 MPa and 18.9 MPa respectively; according to the present invention, the prepared prefabricated part concrete has the highest 28d compressive strength of 113.7 MPa and the highest 28d compressive strength of 20.0 MPa, the slump of the obtained prefabricated part concrete is more than 770 mm, the minimum gas content is 0.4%, the comprehensive performance is high, the erosion resistance of the prefabricated part concrete is improved, and the service life is effectively prolonged. Therefore, the iron tailings are recycled in the concrete, and the prefabricated part concrete with relatively high comprehensive performance is obtained.
