The structure comprises a first prefabricated building module, a first water pipe is prefabricated in the first prefabricated building module, and the first prefabricated building module is used for constructing a room with a water consumption point; and a pipe groove is prefabricated in the second prefabricated building module, the pipe groove is used for laying a second water pipe during site construction, and the second water pipe is used for being communicated with the first water pipe. By the adoption of the scheme, the difficulty of site construction is lowered, and the accuracy of water pipe position installation is improved.
