PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure and a manufacturing method thereof capable of facilitating construction work.SOLUTION: Floor parts 31A and 31B are respectively provided in adjacent building units 20A and 20B. A batten member 50 is arranged in a clearance generated between these floor parts 31A and 31B. The batten member 50 comprises a plurality of base members juxtaposed in the juxtaposition direction of the building units 20A and 20B and a connection plate for connecting the base members so as to form a predetermined clearance between these base members. When assembling the batten member 50, the batten member 50 of becoming a bending state by bending the connection plate, is arranged in a predetermined assembling position via a part between partition members 35 mutually opposed above the clearance between the floor parts 31A and 31B. Afterwards, the batten member 50 is returned to an unbent state, so that assembling of the batten member 50 is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工作業の容易化を図ることができる建物構造及びその製造方法を提供することを主たる目的とする。【解決手段】隣り合う建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂには、床部３１Ａ，３１Ｂが各々設けられている。それら床部３１Ａ，３１Ｂの間に生じる隙間には目板部材５０が配設されている。目板部材５０は、建物ユニット２０Ａ，２０Ｂの並設方向に並ぶ複数のベース部材と、それらベース部材の間に所定の隙間が形成されるようにして同ベース部材を連結する連結プレートとを有している。目板部材５０を組み付ける際には、連結プレートが折り曲げられて折曲状態となっている目板部材５０を、床部３１Ａ，３１Ｂ間の隙間の上方にて相対向している間仕切り部材３５の間を通じて所定の組み付け位置に配置する。その後、目板部材５０を非折曲状態に復帰させることにより、当該目板部材５０の組み付けが完了する。【選択図】 図１
