According to the cement-base-free low-carbon concrete disclosed by the invention, industrial byproducts and agricultural wastes are used as cementing materials to replace cement, so that the carbon emission of the concrete is reduced, and the production cost of the concrete is reduced. Meanwhile, the prepared cement-base-free low-carbon concrete is compact in structure and low in porosity, the number of communicating holes is smaller, the compressive strength of the concrete is higher, external harmful ions are difficult to intrude into the matrix structure, and the durability of the concrete is improved.
本发明涉及一种无水泥基低碳混凝土及其制备方法和应用,按质量百分数计,所述无水泥基低碳混凝土的原材料包括如下组分:胶凝材料13~17%,激发剂6~9%,砂子28~32%,再生粗骨料46~51%。本发明的无水泥基低碳混凝土利用的是工业副产物和农业废弃物作为胶凝材料用于替代水泥,不仅降低了混凝土的碳排放量,而且降低了混凝土的生产成本。同时,所制备的无水泥基低碳混凝土的结构致密、孔隙率低且连通孔数量更少,使得其抗压强度更高,外界有害离子难以侵入其基体结构中,提高了其耐久性能。
