The invention relates to foamed light soil based on an undisturbed alkaline residue admixture and a preparation method and application of the foamed light soil, the foamed light soil comprises undisturbed alkaline residues, cement, granulated blast furnace slag, a foaming agent and water, and the wet density of the foamed light soil is 500-1000 kg/m < 3 >; the original-state alkaline residues are industrial wastes generated in production of sodium carbonate by an ammonia-alkali method; the water-solid ratio of the foam light soil is 0.6-0.7. The use amounts of the cement, the granulated blast furnace slag and the alkaline residue slurry are 87-185 kg/m < 3 >, 116-246 kg/m < 3 > and 234-498 kg/m < 3 > respectively. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the original-state alkaline residues are used as raw materials, tedious steps such as washing, screening, drying and smashing are not needed, reutilization of the original-state alkaline residues is achieved, and the method is efficient, energy-saving, environment-friendly and the like.
本发明涉及一种基于原状碱渣掺合料的泡沫轻质土及其制备方法和应用,泡沫轻质土包括原状碱渣、水泥、粒化高炉矿渣、发泡剂和水,所述泡沫轻质土的湿密度为500~1000kg/m3;原状碱渣为氨碱法生产纯碱产生的工业废弃物;泡沫轻质土的水固比为0.6~0.7。水泥、粒化高炉矿渣、碱渣浆的用量分别为87~185、116~246、234~498kg/m3。与现有技术相比,本发明以原状碱渣为原材料,无需水洗、筛分、烘干和粉碎等繁琐的步骤,实现了原状碱渣的再利用,具有高效、节能和绿色环保等特点。
