A preparation process of a symbiotic organic-inorganic hybrid aerogel felt for bridge fire resistance comprises the following steps: (1) weighing methanol, water, phenolic resin and tetramethoxysilane, mixing to form a solution A, weighing methanol, mixing with an NH4OH solution to form a solution B, pretreating the solution A and the solution B, mixing the solution A and the solution B, adding a catalyst, and stirring to form a solution C; (2) putting a basalt fiber felt into a mold, then pouring the solution C into the mold to soak the basalt fiber felt, standing, taking out a sample after gelation is completed, putting the sample into a methanol solution to soak, and finally obtaining the silicon dioxide-phenolic resin hybrid aerogel fiber felt through washing and sectional drying in sequence. Technical support is provided for preparation of the symbiotic organic-inorganic hybrid aerogel felt, and the prepared hybrid aerogel fiber felt has excellent temperature resistance and can be used in bridge construction.
一种桥梁抗火用共生有机‑无机杂化气凝胶毡的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)量取甲醇、水、酚醛树脂和四甲氧基硅烷混合形成溶液A,量取甲醇和NH4OH溶液混合形成溶液B,将溶液A和溶液B预处理,随后将溶液A和溶液B混合并加入催化剂搅拌形成溶液C;(2)将玄武岩纤维毡放入模具中,随后将溶液C倒入以浸渍玄武岩纤维毡,静置待凝胶完成后将样品取出,并置于甲醇溶液中浸泡,依次经水洗、分段干燥最终得到二氧化硅‑酚醛树脂杂化气凝胶纤维毡。本发明为制备共生有机‑无机杂化气凝胶毡提供技术支撑,所制备的杂化气凝胶纤维毡具有优异的耐温性,能够用于桥梁建设中。
