Preparation process of flexible hybrid aerogel fireproof felt for bridge
A preparation process of a flexible hybrid aerogel fireproof felt for a bridge comprises the following steps: (1) at room temperature, mixing a silicon source, water and methanol, dropwise adding acid to adjust the pH value, then adding epoxy resin, stirring uniformly, adding alkali to adjust the pH value, and transferring the prepared solution into a solution tank; (2) enabling the high-silica fiber felt to pass through the solution tank at a constant speed, standing, waiting for gelation, and cleaning to obtain a hybrid aerogel felt precursor; and (3) transferring the hybrid aerogel felt precursor into a high-pressure kettle, and carrying out supercritical CO2 drying to finally obtain the flexible hybrid aerogel fireproof felt. Technical support is provided for preparation of the flexible hybrid aerogel felt, and the prepared flexible hybrid aerogel felt has excellent temperature resistance and can be used in bridge construction.
一种桥梁用柔性杂化气凝胶防火毡的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)在室温下,将硅源、水和甲醇混合后滴加酸调节pH值,随后加入环氧树脂搅拌均匀,加碱调节pH值后将配置好的溶液转移至溶液池中;(2)将高硅氧纤维毡匀速从溶液池中经过,然后静置待凝胶后清洗得到杂化气凝胶毡前驱体;(3)将杂化气凝胶毡前驱体转移到高压釜中进行超临界CO2干燥,最终制得柔性杂化气凝胶防火毡。本发明为制备柔性杂化气凝胶毡提供技术支撑,所制备的柔性杂化气凝胶毡具有优异的耐温性,能够用于桥梁建设中。
