The invention relates to a pressureless sintered silicon carbide heat exchange tube and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing silicon carbide powder, water-soluble modified starch, nano boron nitride, a dispersant and water, and then sequentially carrying out ball milling and spray drying to obtain granulation powder; (2) mixing the granulation powder obtained in the step (1) with water, and then sequentially mixing and extruding to obtain pug; (3) sequentially performing pugging, extrusion molding, microwave shaping and drying on the pug obtained in the step (2) to obtain a biscuit tube; and (4) sequentially degreasing, sintering and cooling the biscuit tube obtained in the step (3) to obtain the pressureless sintered silicon carbide heat exchange tube. According to the preparation method, the sintering temperature of the silicon carbide powder can be reduced, the density of the heat exchange tube is improved, and the problem that the product performance is reduced due to excessive odor and incomplete degreasing in the production process is solved.
本发明涉及一种无压烧结碳化硅热交换管及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)混合碳化硅粉、水溶性改性淀粉、纳米氮化硼、分散剂和水,然后依次进行球磨和喷雾干燥,得到造粒粉;(2)混合步骤(1)得到的所述造粒粉和水,然后依次进行混炼和挤出,得到泥料;(3)将步骤(2)得到的所述泥料依次进行练泥、挤出成型、微波定型和干燥,得到素坯管;(4)将步骤(3)得到的所述素坯管依次进行脱脂烧结和冷却,得到无压烧结碳化硅热交换管。本发明提供的制备方法能够降低碳化硅粉的烧结温度,提高热交换管的致密度,避免生产过程气味过大以及脱脂不完全导致产品性能下降的问题。
