The foam control type defoaming agent prepared from polyether modified polysiloxane can replace the common scheme of'first defoaming and then leading 'in the prior art, the addition and operation steps are simplified, and the quality controllability of the concrete preparation process is improved. After the foam control type defoaming agent is added into a concrete system, harmful large foams can be effectively eliminated and inhibited, meanwhile, tiny soft foams can uniformly and stably exist, the defoaming and foam guiding requirements are met, the concrete workability is good, the compressive strength performance and the durability performance of the concrete are improved, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. 本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域，特别涉及一种聚醚改性聚硅氧烷及其制备方法、控泡型消泡剂及其制备方法。该消泡剂由乳化剂于60～90℃加热温度下加入预混物中，并搅拌处理制得；其中，所述预混物为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷与水的混合物。本发明采用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷制备出的控泡型消泡剂，其能够取代目前工艺中常用的“先消后引”的方案，简化了添加与操作步骤，提高混凝土制备过程的质量可控性。在混凝土体系中加入此控泡型消泡剂后，能够有效地消除和抑制有害大泡，同时，又能使微小柔软的泡均匀稳定的存在，满足了消泡和引泡的需求，既使得混凝土和易性好，又提升了混凝土的抗压强度性能和耐久性能，延长了混凝土材料的使用寿命。
