The invention discloses an underwater temporary air bag plugging device and method. The underwater temporary air bag plugging device comprises an air bag and a first fixing plate. The first fixing plate is movably connected with movable second fixing plates, and the two second fixing plates are connected with a first fixing rod and a second fixing rod correspondingly. The air bag comprises a telescopic expansion part, a tail part and a displacement module arranged at one end, far away from the expansion part, of the tail part; the first fixing rod and the second fixing rod are connected with the displacement module, the second fixing rod is connected to the end, away from the tail, of the displacement module, and the second fixing rod is a hollow rod and communicates with an air compressor through a communicating pipe. Operations such as plugging of the air bag are all completed on the top of the pool, manual plugging by a diver is not needed, meanwhile, the air bag can be repeatedly pulled out or plugged after the first fixing plate is positioned, plugging of production and water stopping becomes more simplified, standardized and high in flexibility, the cost of temporary plugging of various pipelines in upgrading and reconstruction of a sewage plant is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the safety coefficient of construction is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种水下临时气囊封堵装置及方法，包括气囊以及第一固定板；第一固定板活动连接有可移动的第二固定板，两个第二固定板分别连接有第一固定杆和第二固定杆；气囊包括可伸缩的膨胀部、尾部以及设置于尾部远离膨胀部的一端的位移模块；第一固定杆和第二固定杆分别与位移模块连接，其中，第二固定杆连接于位移模块远离尾部的一端，第二固定杆为空心杆且其通过连通管连通有空压机。本发明使得气囊的封堵等操作均在池顶完成，无需下潜水员手动封堵，同时可以实现第一固定板定位后，气囊反复抽出或封堵，使停产停水的封堵变得更加简单化、规范化，灵活性高，并且节省污水厂提标改造中各种管道临时封堵的费用，极大的提高了施工的安全系数。
