Underground space seepage channel detecting and repairing method
The invention provides an underground space seepage channel detecting and repairing method which comprises the following steps: step 1, positioning a seepage channel, and injecting hot water into a rock stratum crack through a pressure test water pump round pipe; 2, optical fiber sensor equipment is adopted, an optical fiber sensor extends into a rock stratum fracture to sense changes of the rock stratum temperature and the light and shadow effect, data of the receiving device is transmitted back through an optical fiber, detection data is analyzed, and the position, depth and shape of a seepage channel are determined; 3, double-liquid grouting is adopted, magnetic mortar is injected, in the grouting process, a rotating cylinder drives a grouting pipe to rotate, the injected magnetic mortar forms a sector face to effectively repair and block a seepage channel, meanwhile, the magnetic mortar is discharged into the seepage channel through a discharging port, the repair effect is monitored and evaluated in real time, and it is ensured that the repair effect meets the expectation; and 4, the section of the underground diaphragm wall is detected, whether a water inrush crack exists or not is judged, if a water inrush point exists, a magnetic anchor is driven in, grouting is conducted through a magnetic anchor grouting hole, and the water inrush point of the diaphragm wall is repaired.
本发明提供了地下空间渗流通道探测及修补方法,步骤一,定位渗流通道,将热水通过试压水泵圆管注入岩层裂隙内;步骤二,采用光纤传感器设备,将光纤传感器伸入岩层裂隙内,感应岩层温度和光影效应的变化,通过光纤传回接收装置的数据,分析探测数据,确定渗流通道的位置、深度和形状;步骤三,采用双液注浆,注入磁性砂浆,注浆的过程由转筒带着注浆管转动,使所注磁性砂浆形成扇形面对渗流通道进行有效修复和封堵,同时通过出料口排除渗流通道中,并对进行修复效果的实时监测和评估,确保修复效果符合预期;步骤四,检测地下连续墙的断面,看是否有突涌水裂缝,若有突涌水点,打入磁锚钉,通过磁锚钉注浆孔进行注浆,修补连续墙突涌水点。
