The method can effectively solve the problem that a traditional high-frequency vibratory hammer inserting and driving pile-forming construction technology is only suitable for a conventional construction environment and cannot adapt to a complex geological environment mainly comprising a hard clay layer and a soft fine sand layer, cofferdam steel pipe piles can be rapidly formed, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明提供一种围堰钢管桩成桩的辅助装置及成桩方法,通过将水流旋切装置和气举反循环装置结合在柱形壳体上,对硬质黏土层进行钢管桩成桩时,可利用水流旋切装置的超高压偏角水刀将钢管桩前端的硬质黏土切割剥离,再通过气举反循环装置将硬质黏土形成的泥浆清除,破除钢管桩进入硬质黏土层的过程中容易出现的桩端闭塞效应,帮助围堰钢管桩顺利贯入至预设标高。本发明能够有效解决传统的高频率振动锤插打成桩施工技术仅适用于常规的施工环境,不能适应以硬质黏土层与柔软细砂层为主的复杂地质环境的问题,能够快速使围堰钢管桩成桩,有效提高施工效率。
