The water reducing agent synthesized by introducing the modified polyol and the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon structurally has rich strong hydrophilic groups and strong hydrophobic groups at the same time, the hydrophilic groups can greatly improve the adsorption capacity of the water reducing agent on the surface of a rubber material, and the hydrophobic groups can form a hydrophobic layer on the surface of the rubber material, so that the adsorption capacity of the water reducing agent on the surface of the rubber material is greatly improved. The acting force between the rubber material and water and between the rubber materials is reduced, the content of free macromolecules in free water is greatly reduced, and the effect of reducing the viscosity of the system is achieved.
