Novel fabricated ballastless track and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel fabricated ballastless track and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ballastless tracks. The ballastless track comprises a prefabricated track plate, a leveling layer, a mortar bag, a stand column and a track bottom foundation. The leveling layer, the mortar bag and the stand column are all located between the prefabricated track plate and the track bottom foundation, the mortar bag is of a square hollow structure and surrounds the leveling layer, a pouring opening is formed in the mortar bag and used for pouring emulsified asphalt mortar, the stand column is located in the mortar bag to support the prefabricated track plate, and a grouting hole is formed in the prefabricated track plate and used for grouting emulsified asphalt mortar. Each leveling layer is formed by pouring concrete into grouting holes in the prefabricated track plate, and fasteners and steel rails are arranged on the prefabricated track plate. The novel assembly type ballastless track provided by the embodiment of the invention not only can be used as a template of a leveling layer after mortar bags are grouted, but also can reliably support the prefabricated track plate before the leveling layer is grouted, so that the construction efficiency can be greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种新型装配式无砟轨道及其施工方法,属于无砟轨道技术领域。所述无砟轨道包括预制轨道板、调平层、砂浆袋、立柱和轨道底部基础;调平层、砂浆袋和立柱均位于预制轨道板和轨道底部基础之间,砂浆袋为方形中空结构,且砂浆袋围设在调平层外,砂浆袋上设置有灌注口,灌注口用于灌注乳化沥青砂浆,立柱位于砂浆袋内,以支撑预制轨道板,预制轨道板上具有灌浆孔,且各调平层通过向预制轨道板上的灌浆孔灌注混凝土形成,预制轨道板上设置有扣件和钢轨。本发明实施例提供的一种新型装配式无砟轨道,不仅可以通过砂浆袋灌浆后作为调平层的模板,还能在灌注调平层之前实现对预制轨道板的可靠支撑,可以极大的提高施工效率。
