The invention provides a ballastless track structure and a construction method thereof. The ballastless track structure is used for a U-shaped groove section of a tunnel portal and comprises roadbed slabs, steel rails, sleepers, fasteners and stand columns, a first longitudinal drainage ditch is formed in the roadbed slab close to one side of the tunnel portal, and a transverse intercepting ditchis formed between every two adjacent roadbed slabs in the longitudinal direction of a track; the first longitudinal drainage ditch is communicated with the transverse intercepting ditch to drain waterto a rainwater pump room on one side of the tunnel portal; the stand columns are arranged in the transverse intercepting ditch, a number of sleepers and the fasteners are arranged, the sleepers are arranged on the top ends of the stand columns and the roadbed slabs respectively, the fasteners are installed on the sleepers correspondingly, and the steel rails are laid on the sleepers through the fasteners. According to the ballastless track structure, the distance between the fasteners is not changed due to the arrangement of the transverse intercepting ditch, so that the stability of a line is ensured, the effect of the transverse intercepting ditch is not influenced, and the drainage efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种无砟轨道结构及其施工方法,用于隧道洞口的U型槽地段,包括道床板、钢轨、轨枕、扣件及立柱,靠近隧道的洞口一侧的道床板上具有第一纵向排水沟,沿轨道纵向的相邻两道床板之间形成横向截水沟,第一纵向排水沟与横向截水沟连通以排水至隧道的洞口一侧的雨水泵房;立柱设置于横向截水沟内,轨枕、扣件的数量分别为多个,立柱的顶端及道床板上分别设置轨枕,每一轨枕上对应安装扣件,钢轨通过扣件铺设于多个轨枕上。该无砟轨道结构不因横向截水沟的设置而改变扣件之间的距离,既保证了线路的稳定性,又不影响横向截水沟的作用,提高了排水效率。
