A circular tube tower reinforcing structure is used for reinforcing a communication circular tube tower and structurally comprises a reinforcing plate, a filling layer and fiber cloth. The circular tube tower is of a regular polygon cylinder structure, the number of the reinforcing plates is equal to the number of the edges of the circular tube tower to be reinforced, each edge of the circular tube tower is bonded with one reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plates are of plate-shaped structures; the filling layer is of an annular structure, is arranged on the periphery of the reinforcing plate in a sleeving manner and is bonded with the reinforcing plate in a bonding manner; the multiple sets of filling layers are arranged in the axial direction of the circular pipe tower, and every two vertically-adjacent filling layers are connected with each other. The fiber cloth is wound on the periphery of the filling layer, and the structural stability of the reinforcing structure is improved. The invention further discloses a displacement calculation system and a displacement calculation method based on the reinforced structure, the displacement of the circular tube tower is calculated through the grating sensor, and the health state of the circular tube tower is monitored in real time.
