The invention relates to the technical field of supporting for coal mining tunneling roadways to pass through empty roadways, and provides a supporting method using a self-inflatable grouting filling supporting bag and a grouting material. Comprising the steps that S1, an uninflated supporting bag is placed near the intersection area of an upper-layer tunneling roadway and an empty roadway; s2, a gas medium is injected into an inner gas bag of the supporting bag, an outer supporting bag is supported, and the outer supporting bag makes contact with the edge of the upper wall of the empty roadway; s3, preparing a grouting material; s4, the prepared grouting material is injected through a grouting opening of the supporting bag, and the grouting material flows in a middle interlayer between the inner air bag and the outer supporting bag; and S5, after the grouting material is fully injected, the grouting material is conveyed into a gap between the supporting bag and the ground in a high-pressure jetting mode, and the supporting bag and the wall of the empty roadway form a closed whole. The supporting method has the beneficial effects that the supporting construction time can be effectively shortened while the stability and safety of the roadway are guaranteed, the investment cost of manpower and material resources is reduced, and the bearing capacity of the cross position of the empty roadway is improved.
本发明涉及煤炭开采掘进巷道过空巷支护技术领域,提供了一种使用自充气式注浆充填支护袋的支护方法及注浆材料。包括:S1:将未充气的支护袋放置在上层掘进巷道和空巷道的交叉区域附近;S2:将气体介质注入支护袋的内气囊,将外支护袋撑起,外支护袋接触空巷道的上壁边缘;S3:调制注浆料;S4:将调制好的注浆料通过支护袋的注浆口注入,注浆料在内气囊与外支护袋的中间隔层中流动;S5:注浆料注满后,将注浆材料以高压喷射的方式输送至支护袋与地面的空隙中,使支护袋与空巷道的壁形成密闭整体。有益效果在于:该支护方法能够在保证巷道稳定和安全的同时,有效缩短支护施工时间,减少人力物力投入成本,提高了空巷交叉位置承载能力。
