The invention provides a hydrophobic chain transfer agent, a preparation method of the hydrophobic chain transfer agent and application of the hydrophobic chain transfer agent in an air-entraining and viscosity-reducing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The hydrophobic chain transfer agent is prepared by carrying out esterification reaction on acid with sulfydryl and aliphatic alcohol; the prepared hydrophobic chain transfer agent is used for preparing the air-entraining and viscosity-reducing type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, the main chain is terminated, so that the HLB value of the main chain is reduced, the hydrophobic property of the hydrophobic chain transfer agent is adjusted, the HLB value of the main chain can be controllably adjusted, and the water-entraining and viscosity-reducing performance of the water reducing agent is improved. Therefore, the air-entraining and viscosity-reducing type polycarboxylic acid water reducer which has excellent air-entraining performance and does not affect the strength of concrete is prepared. Moreover, the conversion rate of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 90% or above, the polydispersity coefficient is smaller than or equal to 1,75 and is relatively small, and the molecular weight distribution is narrower.
本发明提供了一种疏水性链转移剂及其制备方法和在引气降粘型聚羧酸减水剂的应用,通过带巯基的酸与脂肪族醇进行酯化反应制得疏水性链转移剂;利用制备的疏水性链转移剂制备引气降粘型聚羧酸减水剂,通过对主链进行封端,从而降低主链HLB值,通过对这种疏水性链转移剂的疏水性能强弱进行调节,能够可控调整主链HLB值,从而制备出具备优异引气性能同时又不影响混凝土强度的引气降粘型聚羧酸减水剂。且,聚羧酸减水剂转化率在90%以上,多分散系数≤1,75,相对较小,分子量分布较窄。
