According to the water leakage maintenance method for the point machine pit structure, a water channeling layer and the bottom of a foundation pit can be comprehensively blocked, the construction period is short, and the influence on normal operation of a locomotive is small. The method comprises the following steps: (1) grouting, filling and tamping a void layer: drilling a grouting hole, penetrating through a ballast bed layer to the void layer, burying a grouting pipe, preparing slurry, then grouting, removing the grouting pipe, and blocking the grouting hole; and (2) filling and bonding a gap between the ballast bed structure and the base structure: drilling a grouting hole, penetrating through the ballast bed layer to a void layer, embedding a grouting needle, preparing slurry, filling, removing the grouting needle, and blocking the grouting hole.
