The invention discloses a high-entropy carbide ceramic ball as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic ball is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of carbide powder, 0.6-1.2 parts of an adhesive, 0.1-1.5 parts of a pH regulator, 0.1-1.5 parts of a defoaming agent and 0.8-2 parts of a dispersing agent. The ball diameter range of the ceramic ball is 20-80 [mu] m, and the content of impurity oxygen in the ceramic ball is lower than 1 wt%. The ceramic ball disclosed by the invention can be suitable for preparing a high-entropy carbide ceramic coating by a thermal spraying process.
本发明公开了一种高熵碳化物陶瓷小球及其制备方法和应用,所述陶瓷球由包括如下重量份的组分制备得到:碳化物粉体50‑65份、粘接剂0.6‑1.2份、pH调节剂0.1‑1.5份、消泡剂0.1‑1.5份、分散剂0.8‑2份。本发明的陶瓷小球的球径范围为20~80μm,且陶瓷小球中杂质氧含量低于1wt%。本发明的陶瓷球可适用于热喷涂工艺制备高熵碳化物陶瓷涂层。
