The flange with the taper hole comprises a flange plate; a prestressed tendon clamping hole is formed in the flange plate and provided with a conical part. The steel pipe prestressed member comprises a hollow pipe; the flanges with the taper holes are fixed to the two ends of the hollow pipe. A prestressed tendon is arranged in the hollow pipe, the two ends of the prestressed tendon penetrate out of the two corresponding prestressed tendon clamping holes, a matched conical clamping piece is arranged in the conical part, and the inclined face on the outer side of the clamping piece abuts against the conical part and clamps the ends of the prestressed tendon tensioned through prestress.
