Prestressed component with external thread connecting hole, connecting structure and application method
The invention discloses a prestressed member with an external thread connecting hole, a connecting structure and an application method. The prestressed member comprises a member body; an external thread sleeve abuts against the connecting end face of the component body, and a conical hole is formed in the end, facing the connecting end face, of the external thread sleeve. A prestressed tendon is fixed in the component body, the two ends of the prestressed tendon penetrate out of the corresponding external thread sleeves, the ends of the prestressed tendon abut against the inner walls of the conical holes through wedge-shaped anchor pieces, and the external thread sleeves are pressed on the connecting end faces. According to the connecting structure, the butt joint piece and the locking piece are adopted to achieve connection of the two component bodies. The butt-joint piece is a butt-joint rod body which abuts against the position between the two corresponding external thread sleeves, and the end of the butt-joint rod body is locked to the external thread sleeves through the locking piece. According to the application method, the component body serves as a floor slab and/or a wallboard to be connected and assembled with the ground or mutually through the butt joint pieces and the locking pieces.
本发明公开了一种带外螺纹连接孔的预应力构件及连接结构和应用方法,预应力构件包括构件本体;构件本体的连接端面上抵接有外螺纹套管,外螺纹套管朝向连接端面的一端形成锥形孔;构件本体内部固定有预应力筋,预应力筋两端穿出对应的外螺纹套管,预应力筋端头通过楔形锚片顶紧在锥形孔的内壁上,并将外螺纹套管压紧在连接端面上。连接结构采用对接件和锁紧件实现两个构件本体的连接;对接件为顶紧在两个对应的外螺纹套管之间的对接杆体,锁紧件将对接杆体的端头锁紧在外螺纹套管上。应用方法为:将构件本体作为楼板和/或墙板通过对接件和锁紧件实现与地面或相互之间的连接组装。
