Prestressed component with internal thread connecting hole, connecting structure and application method
The invention discloses a prestressed member with an internal thread connecting hole, a connecting structure and an application method. The prestressed member with the internal thread connecting hole comprises a member body; a threaded hole is formed in the connecting end face of the component body, and a conical hole is formed in the bottom wall of the threaded hole. A prestressed tendon is fixed in the component body, the two ends of the prestressed tendon penetrate out of the corresponding conical holes, and the ends of the prestressed tendon abut against the inner walls of the conical holes through wedge-shaped anchor pieces. The connecting structure adopts a hollow connecting piece and a locking piece to realize the connection of the two component bodies; the hollow connecting piece comprises a threaded rod and an expanded head which are connected in sequence, the threaded rod is connected with the threaded hole, and an avoiding hole for avoiding the prestressed tendon is formed in the end face of the threaded rod; and the locking piece is used for locking and connecting the opposite expansion heads of the two component bodies. According to the application method, the component body serves as a floor slab and/or a wallboard to be connected and assembled with the ground or mutually through the hollow connecting pieces and the locking pieces.
本发明公开了一种带内螺纹连接孔的预应力构件及连接结构和应用方法,带内螺纹连接孔的预应力构件包括构件本体;构件本体的连接端面上具有螺纹孔,螺纹孔的底壁形成锥形孔;构件本体内部固定有预应力筋,预应力筋两端穿出对应的锥形孔,且端头通过楔形锚片顶紧在锥形孔的内壁上。连接结构采用空心连接件和锁紧件实现两个构件本体的连接;空心连接件包括依次连接的螺纹杆和扩大头,螺纹杆与螺纹孔连接,螺纹杆端面具有避让预应力筋的避让孔;锁紧件将两个构件本体相对的扩大头锁紧连接。应用方法为:将构件本体作为楼板和/或墙板通过空心连接件和锁紧件实现与地面或相互之间的连接组装。
